カスタマイズのオリジナルシューズは作れますか?​

はい、作れます。色から、取り付けるパーツまで選んで自分だけの靴をオーダーいただけます。詳細はお問い合わせください。

Can I customize my original shoes？

Yes, you can choose color, design and parts to make your own original shoes. Please contact us for details.

返品や交換はできますか？

申し訳ありませんが、オーダーメイドの靴の返品や交換はできません。既製品でも不良品の交換は承りますが、返品はご遠慮いただいております。また、試し履きはお部屋の中でお願いします。一度外で履かれた靴は返品、交換共にお受けで来ませんごとをご了承ください。返品にかかる送料はお客様負担にてお願い致します。

Can I return or exchange？

We are sorry but custom-made shoes cannot be returned. Other shoes are not returnable unelss there is a fault. Please try your shoes on inside your own home. Once shoes are worn outside, we cannot accept either return or exchange. Shipping cost is on customer when returning or exchanging.

どのような支払方法がありますか？

お買い求めはYahoo! Japanショッピング、もしくはメールお電話で承っております。Yahoo! ショッッピングの場合はクレジットカード、代引き、銀行振込をご利用いただけます（国内発送のみ）メールやお電話で承ります場合は代引き（国内発送のみ）、銀行振込、Paypalとなります。

 

What are the payment options?

We currently sell through Yahoo! Shopping website.  You can use credit card, bank transfer, post office transfer or cash on delivery.

If you order by email, you can use PayPal, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. For oversea shipping, you can use Paypal, bank transfer.
